BOOKING INFORMATION AND RATES FOR PRIVATE PARTIES

Passive Arts Studios is the perfect place to hold any type of event, from Play Parties and Clubs to Fundraisers and Stage Shows. With over 7000 square feet, our events will hold a maximum capacity of 300 guests.

DETAILS:

PARKING: Private secured parking is available within our own lot plus additional spaces for 200 cars directly across the street available everyday after 6 PM.

LOAD IN: Easy load in of equipment is available through our loading dock doors.

CLEAN UP: Passive Arts will supply one cleanup person throughout the party

RATES:

MONDAY –FRIDAY (AFTER 6 PM) $ 1200.00

SATURDAY (AFTER 6 PM) $ 1500.00

SUNDAY (AFTER 8 PM) $ 800.00

DAYTIME PARTIES

KITCHEN:

There are full kitchen facilities available $ 250.00 Use fee

TERMS:

50% at the time of booking. Balance due 3 days prior to event.

HOURS:

Price includes two hours of set up time, 5 hours of actual party time and one hour of break down time. Longer hours can be arranged if necessary at an additional cost.

SECURITY DEPOSIT:

For first time bookings, there is a $ 500 cash security deposit that will be returned at the conclusion of the event as long as the space is returned in proper condition and there is no damage to any of the equipment or premises.
